Special Request Like : double bed, interconnecting/adjoining rooms can not be guaranteed confirmed. A definite confirmation is required from our reservation staff as it is always based ” on request ” only.

Long Stay Guest : of a minimum of 4 weeks will be offered a discount of US$ 3.00 net/room/night from the above room rates as well as the following :
* 10% discount on food & beverage consumed in the hotel during thei stay.
* 10% discount on laundry charges.
* Upgraded to the 1 level higher category of room subject to availability upon arrival.

Check Out Time : is 12.30 noon and check in time is 14.00 hrs. Early check in is on request only and is subject to availability upon arrival.

Late Check Out : till 18.00 hrs will be charged 50% of room charge. Late than 18.00 hrs is considered as one full stay.

Honeymooner : will receive fruit basket, flower arrangement and honeymoon cake upon arrival.

All Client will receive welcome drink on arriaval.
Early Check-Out : will be charged a minimum of one night penalty and in High seasons may be higher at our discretion.
